Charlie (2013)
Forward/Midfield

We have been diligently focusing on improving Charlie's in-game movement as a forward. However, we have noticed that she tends to wait for the ball instead of actively seeking opportunities to receive it. In addition to addressing her initial pass, we have been actively working on enhancing her movement after it, so she can create space for herself. We are giving Charlie the freedom to consistently ask herself important questions such as, "Where can I position myself to be in a favorable receiving position?", "How can I create space to facilitate effective ball distribution from my teammates?", and "What movements can I make to enable my teammates to set me up for goal-scoring opportunities?" Although Charlie is young, grasping these intricate movements will significantly speed up her her development. By proactively creating space for herself during practices and games, she will not only enhance her own performance but also contribute to the overall success of the team.

Julio has been focusing on refining his footwork and enhancing his overall goalkeeping skills. Unfortunately, he hasn't had the opportunity to play on possession-based soccer teams that fully involve their goalkeepers in the game. Instead, those teams tend to opt for long ball strategies without utilizing his abilities as an outlet. Nonetheless, Julio's inherent work ethic makes our training sessions truly enjoyable, as he demonstrates a strong desire to improve with every exercise we undertake. Our main areas of concentration will be his distribution skills and diving technique. Although these aspects require some time and effort, once Julio masters the finer adjustments, his goalkeeping skillset will undoubtedly elevate to the next level and push him onto college soccer.

Amaya (2003)
Forward

Amaya has set her sights on earning a coveted roster spot in a college soccer program within the next six weeks. After taking a year away from the sport, our primary focus is on enhancing her soccer-specific fitness and sharpening her skills. Similar to recovering from an injury, an extended break from the game results in a loss of both physical and mental game fitness. During our initial session, it became evident that we needed to proceed with caution, gradually reintroducing her to the ball and soccer movements. Amaya persevered through the various exercises, despite the noticeable fatigue setting in. The session proved to be a transformative experience for her, providing valuable insights. She now possesses a clear understanding of the rigorous preparation required over the next six weeks to secure that coveted spot on the team.

Services

We will work closely with players to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. All training sessions will be customized to address these specific needs and will be high intensity. The training will cover a wide range of aspects, including technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning with the ball, and game specific mental preparation.
